Duties

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
• Administer medication reminders and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Coordinate transportation for medical appointments, errands, or social outings
• Document care activities accurately and communicate updates to family members or healthcare providers as needed

Skills

• Compassionate and patient with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
• Experience working with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals with chronic conditions
• Knowledge of basic health monitoring techniques and medication management
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and situations in a home setting
• Familiarity with medical-surgical, geriatrics, outpatient clinics, or post-acute care environments is highly desirable
• Prior experience with Level II trauma center or hospital medicine settings is a plus, demonstrating ability to handle emergency situations effectively

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
