We are looking for a Call Center Representative who will be the liaison between our company and its current customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Acceptable attendance at current and previous work history is mandatory and will be verified. Maintaining attendance while in this position is critical in order to maintain your position with SMART.

Basic job responsibilities include:

• Managing large amounts of inbound calls promptly and effectively answering questions
• Following the call center and client “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching each issue, and providing solutions
• Strong active listening skills
• Process payments and amounts correctly
• Ability to operate in a fast–paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines
• Proactively provide solutions to both the internal team and externally to customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
