If you're the kind of person who enjoys talking with people and finding solutions, we'd like to meet you.

We're expanding our customer support team and are looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative. You'll spend your day helping customers who call with questions, account requests, or service concerns. Every call is a little different, but you'll have the training and support needed to handle each one with confidence.

No call center experience? That's okay. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others, we'll teach you the rest.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your shift will focus on answering inbound calls from customers who need assistance. You'll listen carefully, understand their concerns, and work toward the best solution while providing a friendly, professional experience.

You'll also update customer records, document conversations accurately, and work with other departments whenever additional support is needed. Our goal is simple: make it easy for customers to get the help they're looking for.

We'd Like to Meet Someone Who

• Communicates clearly and listens carefully
• Stays calm and professional, even during busy periods
• Enjoys solving problems and helping people
• Is comfortable using a computer and learning new software
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is reliable, organized, and ready to learn

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center is helpful, but it's not required.
