Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team, responsible for capturing progress photos of construction on job sites. The ideal candidate will have some experience on a construction site, but this is not required.
As jobs come in, we will reach out to assign you to an inspection. Rate of pay is dependent on each job, but will range from $35 - $60 each.
Each applicant hired will have to submit and pass a background screen.
Duties
- Visit job sites and take photos of ongoing construction.
- Collaborate with construction management team to address any quality concerns.
- Provide feedback to project managers regarding compliance issues or areas for improvement.
Skills
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge of construction site operations, including safety protocols and best practices a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and general contractors on site.
- Familiarity with construction management principles is a plus.
