Robot Operator Key Responsibilities:

1) Executing pre-programmed instructions for robots to perform tasks of pick and paste.

2) Observing robotic systems during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any deviations from expected performance.

3) Performing routine checks, cleaning, and minor repairs to maintain optimal performance and prevent downtime.

4) Diagnosing and resolving minor issues or malfunctions in the robotic systems, escalating complex problems to maintenance or engineering teams.

5) Preparing robots for production runs by loading fixtures, calibrating equipment, and ensuring proper tooling is in place.

6) Inspecting the output of robots to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.

7) Working with engineers, production staff, and other teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and resolve issues.

8) Skills and Qualifications: B. Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) Or Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) Or ITI(Fitter/Electrician)

• Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in programming, setup, and inspection processes.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members and other departments.
• Safety Awareness: Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
