Is empowering organizations through reliable information your calling? As an Information Steward in Consumer Sales Nordic, you will play a central role in our organization’s information governance. You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure responsible and efficient data management while maintaining the highest standards of data quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage data processes across their lifecycle, including mapping data flows, maintaining tools and documentation, and ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Support data-related compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with business and IT on data governance and actively participate in governance forums
• Promote data knowledge, FAIR data principles, and best practices through training and creating awareness
• Contribute to data sharing and reuse across projects and business units to optimize data usage

• University Degree in information management, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data flow mapping and documentation best practices.
• Experience with data mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Databricks, Alation, Unity Catalog, Data Lake, iFacts/iServer, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, MS Office).
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong command of English and Swedish and/or Finnish.

Location: Stockholm or Helsinki. There will be some travelling required in this role, mainly in the Nordics.
