Innovation Lead – Associate Manager (CL8) – Business, Product & Commercial Strategy

We are looking for an Innovation Lead – Associate Manager Level to join the Business, Product & Commercial Strategy team. Our team leads and manages projects, programmes and portfolios required to define, develop and pilot new market-leading business propositions in The Dock.
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded innovator, someone who can turn emerging ideas and technologies into viable, scalable business opportunities and who has the experience and methodologies to back this up. This blends product strategy, market insight, and commercial acumen to shape new propositions from concept through to market launch. You’ll identify where innovation meets real business value, build strong commercial cases, define pricing strategy and guide multidisciplinary teams to bring high-impact products and platforms to life.
These business propositions can take the form of pilotable assets, offerings, software and ecosystem plays. No two innovation projects are exactly alike.
REQUIRED SKILLSET:
- Lead and own projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations, with a keen eye on operational disciple and financial accountability – these projects can be technical, commercial or strategic in nature
- Drive project success through effective scoping, delivery and opportunity spotting
- Build trust and act as the face of work with internal and external stakeholders
- Empower and develop your team to grow their knowledge, respond to demands and deliver high quality outcomes
- Identify and shape new innovation, product or commercial opportunities for clients, Accenture and our ecosystem Take an active
- in shaping and delivering value through client-facing and internal initiatives, facilitate engaging and outcome-driven client sessions
- Operate effectively within large, matrixed organizations, balancing diplomacy, influence, and decisiveness to achieve outcomes in complex stakeholder environments
- Define and guide overall vision, roadmap and backlog of work across the project lifecycle
- Apply your industry or capability expertise, training and experience to deliver business, innovation and commercial outcomes
- A commercial mindset, an ability to identify and quantify a commercial opportunity and translate this into a commercial minded go-to-market approach business case and pricing strategy
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Extensive experience working across relevant industries and/or consulting as a trusted client advisor.
Proven experience in new product development, business strategy, or commercial strategy.
You have project experience through all phases of a typical software development lifecycle (SDLC) with proven ability to shape and drive a project from initiation stage to project launch in market
Demonstrate ability to interpret business case solutions into quantifiable customer values, solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction.
Ability to distil qualitative and quantitative information into meaningful storylines, conclusions and recommendations.
Ability to lead, inspire and engage teams with experience of working with diverse teams, skillsets and business challenges.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work with schedules, manage resources while remaining focused on team goals.
Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills and a strong executive presence with an ability to interact and influence at senior management and executive level.
You love clients, talking to them, hearing their challenges, responding to their needs, and selling to them you will have a demonstrate a track record and contribution to your business (financial results) and through demonstrated leadership to clients, people and local communities.
You have exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, and an ability to foster relationships at all levels within the organization.

You have an MBA or equivalent degree in related field or industry.
You can demonstrate a track record and contribution to your business (strong financial results) and through demonstrated leadership to clients, people and local communities.
You enjoy and have a track record in public speaking engagements and published work.
Have experience working in a large-matrix organization such as Accenture.
