Inside Sales Representative

What we are looking for:

Aquifer Distribution Ltd. is looking to add a Inside Sales Representative to our growing team in Regina! The Inside Sales Representative supports revenue growth by managing customer relationships, handling inquiries and orders, preparing quotes, and providing product information. They assist the outside sales team and ensure accurate order fulfillment, serving as a key contact to deliver quality service, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business success.

Aquifer Distribution Ltd. is a retail and wholesale plumbing, water treatment, water systems, municipal waterworks, pumps, and HVAC distributor. Our mission is to provide the highest level of personal customer service to our customers while being the most complete one-stop company in our market. What you can expect from the job:

· Work hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. Occasional overtime work and Saturday scheduling will be required. · Work hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. Occasional overtime work and Saturday scheduling will be required.

· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.

· Provide customers with accurate product details, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

· Process customer orders, coordinate inventory fulfillment, and arrange shipping or pickup.

· Ensure all pricing, quotes, and freight charges meet company guidelines and gross profit targets.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align on order fulfillment, inventory, and customer needs.

· Escalate customer issues to management when necessary to ensure effective resolution.

· Identify and drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, quotes, and sales activities in the CRM system.

· Manage customer credit terms and ensure freight costs are covered in line with company policy.

· Ensure warranty claims, returns, and credits comply with company policies.

· Identify and communicate inventory issues, including low stock levels, to support timely purchasing decisions.

· Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities.

· Pursue ongoing development through training and in-house knowledge sharing.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.

· Support and execute the company’s marketing strategy and initiatives including trade shows, customer events, and promotions.

· Support the outside sales team by preparing quotes, gathering product information, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate customer service.

· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to support revenue growth.

· Assist to keep all work areas clean and professionally presented to our customers.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

What is required:

· Minimum grade 12 graduate.

· Basic computer skills required.

· Valid drivers license required.

· Must be a high energy individual – will be required to be on your feet for most of the day, some heavy lifting will also be necessary.

· Sales experience preferred.
