CCC Packaging is a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions, specializing in stand-up pouches, rollstock, and custom printed packaging. Based in Aurora, Ontario, we combine digital printing technology with quick turnaround times and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager with a background in the flexible packaging and printing industry. The ideal candidate will manage existing customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and serve as the main point of contact between clients and our production teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical product knowledge, and a proactive approach to customer service and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within the flexible packaging and printing market.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and pricing based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the production, graphics, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity in CRM systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on materials, printing methods, pouch types, and sustainable options.
  • Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales or account management within the flexible packaging or printing industry.
  • Strong understanding of flexible packaging products such as pouches, rollstock, and labels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
