Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Female applicants only as our Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our sales team to help them grow revenue through effective client acquisition systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound and warm calling, nurturing leads, and driving business development efforts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a fast-paced environment focused on premium medical spa and B2B collaborations. The Inside Sales Agent will play a key role in expanding our customer base by leveraging CRM software and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities. Applicants must have excellent spoken English with a neutral or light accent, previous experience as an ISA, Setter, CSR, or BPO agent, a confident and professional phone presence, be coachable, reliable, and consistent, maintain a stable internet connection with a quiet workspace, and be available during U.S. business hours (10 AM–6 PM EST). We’re expanding rapidly and seeking a dependable ISA who values stability, consistent hours, and long-term growth. This is not a short-term role — we’re building a team for the future.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients using CRM software and marketing tools
- Engage with leads via telemarketing, ensuring effective communication to identify client needs and present suitable solutions
- Follow up with existing leads for 4–7 days
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within CRM platforms
- Schedule qualified appointments and collect deposits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth through outbound calling and relationship building
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on progress toward targets
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with a focus on warm calling techniques
- Knowledge of medical sales, online sales or marketing is a plus
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing leads and follow-ups
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- $5/hr base pay
- $5 bonus per booked appointment (average monthly bonuses: $150–$300)
- Bi-weekly payments
- Full training and scripts provided
- Long-term position with real stability (no “pay per call” or random hours)
