We’re Hiring: Academic Advisor – B2C Sales
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Compensation Details
Experienced Candidates: ₹5.5 LPA – ₹7.3 LPA (75% Fixed & 25% Variable)
Freshers: ₹4.8 LPA (75% Fixed / 25% Variable)
Looking for immediate joiners
Interview mode: Face-to-Face
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective learners and help them choose the right upskilling programs
- Understand career aspirations and recommend personalized learning paths
- Drive enrollments through consultative sales conversations
- Represent Simplilearn’s mission of empowering professionals worldwide
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced sales or academic counseling professionals
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
