Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all services and offerings, including relevant medical, legal, and sales terminology
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and customer experience improvements
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and report on deal status
• Continuously improve product knowledge and communication techniques

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience (required)
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Quick learner comfortable with new technology and software

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• 1-hour paid lunch break
• In-office position (not remote)
