Join our dynamic team as an Customer Success Representative and an Inside Sales Representative. You will leverage your Communication skills to sell our services over the phones and earn additional commission on every deal closed. The ideal candidate will also act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Communicate and document needs for customers. Work with potential customers to explain our services and properly set expectations. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming Sales calls and customer service calls
• Handle sales leads and follow up with potential sales
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• Sales oriented with the ability to discuss features and benefits of services
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Proficent in Microsoft suite of products
• knowledge of social media marketing / creating marketing materials is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
