The Role (Read This Carefully)
This is not an administrative role.
This is a revenue-generating, relationship-driven position designed for someone who wants:
- Responsibility

You will act as the voice of ONYX for inbound leads, existing customers, and follow-ups—making customers feel confident, valued, and excited about choosing us.
If you do this well, you will become one of the most important people in the company.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForSales & Revenue Support
- Handling inbound calls, inquiries, and leads
- Booking qualified security assessments
- Following up on quotes and warm prospects
- Supporting sales reps and closing smaller opportunities
- Driving monitoring sign-ups, upgrades, and add-ons
Customer Relationship Management
- Being the primary point of contact for many customers
- Making customers feel confident and taken care of
- Managing follow-ups, check-ins, and ongoing communication
- Supporting service requests and account needs
- Turning happy customers into repeat buyers and referral sources
Ownership & Execution
- Owning your pipeline and responsibilities fully
- Updating CRM (Monday.com) accurately and consistently
- Proactively identifying opportunities—not waiting to be told
- Working closely with leadership to improve systems and results

Experience We’re Looking For
- Background in sales, customer service, inside sales, or account management
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, follow-up)
- Confidence speaking with homeowners and business owners
- Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset (Monday.com preferred)
Security industry experience is not required—we will train the right person.
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary + commission (structure finalized with the right candidate)
- Commission tied directly to:
- Booked Assessments
- Closed opportunities
- Upsells and add-ons
- Clear growth path as ONYX scales
