We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (IT Sales)
Location: Thane (W)
Work Mode: In-Office (On-site Mandatory)
Experience Required: 0–1 Years
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team! If you have experience in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships, we’d love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach
- Engage prospects and effectively present IT products and services
- Understand customer pain points and provide suitable IT solutions
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for customer engagement and lead conversion
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development in the IT industry
Strong understanding of IT products and services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage sales cycles and close deals effectively
Experience with lead generation, social selling, and competitor analysis is an added advantage
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
Qualification: Any Graduate
