Role Overview
We are looking for an organized and proactive professional to support administration, coordinate project-related operational requirements, and manage digital marketing activities. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and content creation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Administration

• Ensure compliance with applicable administrative policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for office services, supplies, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain updated company asset records and maintenance logs.

Operations

• Coordinate accommodation arrangements and resolve related issues for personnel deployed across project locations.
• Coordinate travel ticket requests, obtain necessary approvals, and resolve booking-related issues.
• Facilitate coordination between departments to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain relevant operational records and follow up on pending requirements.

Digital Marketing & Corporate Communication

• Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure consistent company branding.
• Prepare promotional content, recruitment posts, company updates, and marketing materials.
• Support website content updates and basic search engine optimization activities.
• Conduct company, competitor, and market research to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance, and prepare periodic reports.
• Use tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini for content development and marketing support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information for project highlights, service promotions, and corporate communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in administration, operations coordination, or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, employees, and multiple departments.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, social media platforms, and content creation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, SEO, and AI-assisted content tools will be an added advantage.
