Responsibilities
- Identify and research new potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
- Make outbound calls to new clients, introduce company products/services, and generate interest.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and understand requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Record all client interactions in CRM/system for tracking and reporting.
Required Skills :-
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion & negotiation abilities.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand client needs.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling client objections.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,001.00 per month
