Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This position requires a proactive approach to business development and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Conduct outbound calls and warm calling to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Demonstrate technology sales expertise by presenting product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service while addressing client needs effectively.
  • Experience in marketing strategies that support sales objectives.
  • Proficient in outbound calling techniques to engage potential customers effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,193.43 - $55,630.80 per year
