Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and detail oriented Inside Sales & Order Fulfillment position to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing our in-house wholesale sales, order fulfillment, and customer relationships while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and is eager to grow within the medical cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Relations:

  • Proactively engage with our existing in-house wholesale customers to promote products, negotiate agreements, and close sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and hosting visits to our facility.
  • Manage and update product menus weekly, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for customers, while collaborating with outside sales to decide appropriate inventory allocation to inside and outside sales.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify sales opportunities and product needs.

Fulfillment & Inventory Management:

  • Accurately fulfill and prepare all wholesale orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Arrange and oversee transportation of orders to wholesale customers.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and assist in cash management processes.
  • Complete and maintain all compliance documentation, including IRS 8300 forms, Metrc, and Cultivera sales records and invoices.

Team Collaboration & Compliance:

  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with inventory and operational goals.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to Oklahoma medical cannabis regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in regular training to stay informed about evolving industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, fulfillment, or a related role; cannabis industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Oklahoma medical cannabis regulations and familiarity with tools like Metrc and Cultivera.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in warehouse or fulfillment settings as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment

This job operates in both an office environment and indoor cultivation facility as well as travelling to current and potential customer’s locations routinely. The role uses standard equipment such as phones, computers and printers which will be provided.

Expected Hours of Work

Sales employees are expected to typically work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, but may be expected to work evenings or weekends as needed to meet customer needs.

Additional Requirements

Must be 18 or older.

Must be able to obtain credentials to work in the Oklahoma MMJ Industry by the OMMA.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
