What’s In It For You:

  • Choice of pay structure: Base + Commission OR Full Commission.
  • Unlimited earning potential, your results determine your income.
  • Warm leads provided daily, focus on closing, not chasing.
  • Monthly contests, awards, and performance-based bonuses. Such as trips to Las Vegas, NFL and NCAA football games, fishing trips, golf outings, and we have even done two trips to the super bowl.
  • Average rep earns $75,000 +
  • Top 30% of reps make an average of $100,000+
  • Full benefits: Dental, Health, Paid Time Off.

What You’ll Do:

  • Close Sales: Pitch, negotiate, and complete transactions
  • Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to your clients
  • Handle Objections: Learn, adapt, and grow from challenges
  • Use the CRM: Stay organized, follow up effectively, and manage your pipeline
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Earn repeat business from referrals

What You Bring:

  • 1 year of direct sales experience (Not Required but preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow your career
  • Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • A desire to make an impact and be part of a close-knit growing team

Pay: $58,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
