Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity using warm leads
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing detailed information and solutions tailored to customer needs
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and offering appropriate product recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating CRM systems with relevant data entry and notes
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and effective communication skills during all interactions
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve sales strategies, and achieve collective targets

Experience

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage, especially in serving diverse client bases
• Experience with phone and computer systems
• Experience with inbound/outbound calling and client services enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Strong analysis skills help in understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions effectively
• Prior cash handling or data entry experience is beneficial for maintaining accurate records
• Excellent communication skills required; additional language proficiency is a plus

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
