Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Shift Timing: U.S. Shift – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Night Shift)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with potential customers in the U.S. market through 35–40 outbound calls daily (mix of cold & warm leads).
- Manage and track assigned leads using HubSpot CRM while keeping data updated and accurate.
- Run email campaigns using pre-set templates and sequences to engage prospects.
- Set up qualified meetings (Teams or in-person) for U.S. Sales Representatives.
- Answer basic product-related queries and guide prospects to our catalogs and website.
- Generate new leads and expand outreach using tools like Apollo.io after the initial lead phase.
- Maintain regular activity reports, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Coach and support a junior sales associate in call handling, CRM usage, and outreach strategies.
- Work closely with the U.S. team to align pipeline health and sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or lead generation (U.S. or international markets preferred).
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a big plus).
- Strong English communication skills—both spoken and written.
- Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to handle objections smoothly.
- Comfortable working in the night shift (U.S. hours).
- Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a strong reporting habit.
- Leadership skills—ability to guide and train junior team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
