Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our Instagram account (posting, engagement, content support)—a valuable skill-builder!
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to learn Instagram management preferred; prior experience is a big plus.
• Freshers welcome; 0-1 year experience overall.
