Location: Phase 8, Mohali (4 days office + 2 days flexibility to operate from home)
Salary: ₹16K - 20K per month (with growth potential)
We're looking for a dedicated Social Media Handler & Customer Care to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our Instagram account (posting, engagement, content support)—a valuable skill-builder!
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to learn Instagram management preferred; prior experience is a big plus.
- Freshers welcome; 0-1 year experience overall.
