Job Opening: Window Covering Installer (Full-Time)
We provide:
- Paid training
- Company work vehicle
- All tools needed

Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience) + potential bonuses Hours: 35–50 hrs/week Schedule: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays
What You MUST Have:
- A valid driver's license
- Be insurable under our company auto policy
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
The Job:
- Install blinds, shades, shutters, and more
- Keep your job site clean
- Use simple computer programs (email)
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional way
- Handle repairs and help organize orders in the shop
Who You Are:
- Handy and comfortable with power tools
- Punctual, dependable, and self-directed
- Friendly and a team player
- Able to troubleshoot and solve problems on the spot
- Open to learning new tools and tech
- Can occasionally pull a trailer and stay overnight if needed
