Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation and restoration tasks on residential and commercial properties, including work on ladders and roofs.
• Inspect, repair, and restore chimney systems and other home features as needed.
• Maintain and organize work trucks and tools to ensure readiness and safety.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and team members on every job.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and OSHA standards while on site.
• Accurately document work performed and complete required paperwork.
• Attend company meetings, training sessions, and participate in team initiatives.
• Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality to maintain client satisfaction and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the trades, construction, or general labor (5 years preferred).
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and roofs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tools, materials, and schedules.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, in compliance with applicable laws.

• Full-time
• Flexible schedule, typically Monday through Thursday
• Day shifts

• Primary work based out of Lexington, KY (downtown office)
• Travel to multiple residential and commercial locations within the region
