Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including health, life, auto, and property insurance.
• Assist clients in completing applications and processing claims efficiently.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Participate in outside sales activities to promote our services within the community.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using sales administration tools.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or retail sales is preferred; experience in telemarketing is a plus.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations; willingness to obtain one if necessary.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
