Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Executive to manage end-to-end insurance processes and ensure smooth patient experiences. The ideal candidate will handle insurance verification, pre-authorization, billing coordination, and timely claim submission with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance pre-authorization, approvals, and query resolutions
• Verify patient eligibility, coverage, and policy details
• Coordinate with TPA/Insurance companies for seamless billing and claim settlement
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of claims
• Assist patients in understanding insurance processes and required documents
• Work closely with billing and front-office teams to ensure error-free processing

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in hospital insurance/TPA desk preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance procedures and documentation
• Good communication & customer-handling skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
