We’re Hiring: Insurance Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, relationship-building, and helping clients make informed financial decisions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Manage client relationships for renewals and cross-selling
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company procedures

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance/financial sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
• Strong customer focus and relationship management abilities
