We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Insurance Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance products, and closing sales over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain insurance products and benefits clearly
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Follow up with interested leads for conversion
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduation
- Prior telesales or sales experience is an added advantage
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
