Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new insurance sales, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting client relationships. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to meet sales targets. The Insurance Sales Broker will play a vital role in expanding our client base and ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.
Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct detailed analysis of clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to secure optimal agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community outreach
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and other privacy standards
- Collaborate with benefits administration teams to ensure clients understand their coverage options
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate clients about insurance products in a clear and professional manner
- Support multilingual clients by providing bilingual services when applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly
- Analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable policies
- Experience in sales administration and marketing strategies is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of RIBO regulations and confidentiality standards is a must
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage time effectively
- A valid RIBO license in insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
