Experienced applicants start with a $30,000 base salary and top performers earned an additional $40,000 in commission last year. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred, must obtain license within 6 months. Licensing system is available.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Be a fantastic presenter.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
