About the Job

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager to join the Marketing Demand Generation team at Graphwise. This role will lead end-to-end planning and execution of data-driven campaigns that build brand awareness and drive pipeline growth. This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Content & Creative, Marketing Ops, Channel Owners, and Sales to deliver coordinated, high-impact campaigns. The position reports to the Director of Marketing Demand Generation.

About the Role

As an Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution and planning of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline growth.
You’ll play a critical role in connecting cross-functional stakeholders across content, design, product marketing, sales, and operations—owning campaign delivery and project management from initial brief to post-launch analysis.
This position bridges strategic thinking with operational execution to ensure every campaign is data-driven, targeted, and performance-optimized.


Your Main Responsibilities

  • Own the full campaign lifecycle from strategy launch reporting
  • Build and manage campaign briefs with clear goals, ICP targeting, messaging, and CTAs
  • Set campaign calendars, priorities, and drive consistency and alignment across digital and offline channels (webinars, paid ads, ABM, email, social)
  • Ensure message consistency across all channels and throughout the buyer journey
  • Drive lead generation at each stage of the funnel in planning campaigns, collaterals, landing pages and events serving the customer with relevant content and thus identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels. Ensure proper campaign tagging, lead tracking, segmentation, and workflow integration
  • Coordinate execution with internal stakeholders including content, design, marketing ops, and sales to ensure lead quality, readiness for follow-up, and alignment on GTM goals
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Lead post-campaign retrospectives with recommendations for continuous improvement, and adjust messaging, targeting, or channel mix based on ROI and feedback loops

As The Ideal Candidate You Will Have:

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management systems like JIRA
  • Understanding of analytics and reporting tools (GA4 or equivalent)
  • Strong grasp of multi-channel campaign orchestration and full-funnel marketing
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or campaign strategy
  • Strong understanding of funnel dynamics, lead lifecycle stages, and buyer journeys
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking, that allows you to move fast, iterate, and scale programs efficiently
  • Comfort with working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfort with software industry language and messaging, interest in Graph Data and AI products

Reporting Structure

The Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager will report to the Director of Marketing Demand Generation and collaborate with:

  • Product Marketing (Verticals, Product Led Growth, Release Communication)
  • Marketing Operations
  • Content & Creative
  • Channel Owners (email, paid, social, webinars)
  • Sales and SDR teams
