Integrator — Merchant Automotive (Zeeland, MI)

You’ll bring structure, accountability, and focus to a growing organization — aligning departments, developing leaders, and ensuring Merchant Automotive continues to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving its strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

· Execute the company vision through clear leadership, structure, and accountability.

· Direct and develop leaders across Service, Machine/Warehouse, Sales, Client Service, and Marketing/Website.

· Develop and mentor departmental leaders, turning potential into performance through consistent coaching and accountability.

· Ensure each department operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company goals.

· Build processes that support growth while maintaining the personal touch our clients value.

· Hold leaders accountable to KPIs, results, and commitments.

· Participate in financial and operational decision-making, with the opportunity to grow into broader P&L responsibility as the role matures.

· Partner closely with ownership to turn ideas into scalable, actionable plans.

· Merchant Automotive has a goal of doubling annual revenue within 36 months while maintaining strong profitability and cultural integrity.

What You Bring

· 8+ years in operational leadership, general management, or integrator-type roles (automotive, manufacturing, or technical services preferred).

· Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing through metrics.

· Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.

· Balanced leadership style — combines coaching, accountability, and consistency.

· Highly organized and process-driven, capable of building systems that scale.

· Comfortable leveraging technology as a leadership tool — using data, systems, and communication platforms to improve efficiency, collaboration, and operational performance. Understands how technology can strengthen processes, streamline operations, and enhance the client experience.

· Excellent communicator who connects vision with execution.

· Familiarity with EOS/Traction or similar business operating systems is a plus.

What We Offer

· Base Salary: $125,000+ a year depending on experience.

· Bonus Opportunity: Performance-based, tied to company profitability and KPI achievement.

· Paid Training: 100+ hours annually.

· Paid Time Off: Up to 4 weeks vacation, 8 holidays, and a paid birthday off.

· Work Environment: Onsite leadership position with occasional travel for events, training, or partnerships.

· Location: Zeeland, Michigan.
