Primary Purpose:
The Intended Parent Consultant & Client Relations Manager plays a key role in guiding, supporting, and engaging intended parents throughout their surrogacy journey. Combining empathy with strategic thinking, this position focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience — from the first consultation to successful program completion — while driving client satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for intended parents, providing professional guidance, emotional support, and transparent communication at every stage of their surrogacy or ART journey.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients through personalized consultations, understanding their emotional, legal, and logistical needs.
- Present and explain surrogacy programs and donor options, ensuring clients make well-informed decisions aligned with their values and expectations.
- Lead clients through the full process — from initial inquiry, matching, and legal coordination to pregnancy updates and post-birth steps — ensuring clarity, care, and confidence.
- Collaborate with surrogacy agencies, fertility clinics, and legal partners to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Drive business development and client retention, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and promoting additional services where appropriate.
- Actively participate in sales-related activities such as prospecting, consultations, presentations, and contract negotiations, maintaining a client-centered approach.
- Monitor satisfaction and program outcomes, analyzing feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall client journey.
- Work closely with marketing and management teams to refine communication strategies and strengthen the company’s reputation in the surrogacy field.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating them into the company’s service model and client engagement approach.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Social Worker License or Degree — mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in surrogacy agencies or organizations specializing in assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
- Proven experience in client relations, sales, or account management within healthcare, fertility, or related sectors.
- Profound understanding of surrogacy programs, IVF, and donor processes, including their emotional, ethical, and legal dimensions.
- Strong consultative sales approach — ability to build trust, communicate value, and close agreements with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- High emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and genuine passion for helping families grow.
