Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to support our design team across concept development, visualization, documentation, and on-site coordination. The role requires strong technical skills, design sensibility, and the ability to translate ideas into practical and executable designs.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Assist designers in creating design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
• Prepare 2D drawings, technical layouts, 3D renders, and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Support in material selection, sourcing, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct site visits for supervision, measurements, and progress updates.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with client requirements and project constraints.
• Maintain design quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, tools, and technologies.

Skills & Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D and technical drawings.
• Experience with 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, VRay, or Lumion.
• Good understanding of color theory, lighting, textures, and detailing.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• years of relevant experience in interior design, architecture, or visualization (freshers may apply if skilled).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in site coordination and execution.
• Knowledge of material sourcing and vendor management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
