Daftar Decor is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented On-Site Interior Project Supervisor to join our team immediately. As a full-time, on-site employee, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the execution of interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day on-site activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to design and quality standards.
- Collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to communicate project goals, requirements, and progress updates.
- Inspect and monitor site work to identify and resolve issues or deviations from design plans.
- Manage project documentation including schedules, budgets, and material procurement.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain high-quality control standards on-site.
Requirements
- Previous experience in interior design, project supervision, or site execution.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and fit-out processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve challenges effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- Proficiency in project management tools or software is an added advantage.
