We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities for our modular interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior site management, coordination with clients, vendors, and teams, and ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution as per drawings and schedule.
- Coordinate between designers, contractors, and clients for design understanding and implementation.
- Inspect quality of modular installations (kitchen, wardrobes, furniture, etc.) and ensure finishing standards.
- Monitor site progress, maintain work logs, and report daily updates to the project manager/designer.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of materials at the site.
- Verify and manage material deliveries and inventory at the site.
- Resolve on-site issues proactively and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and other service work as per design plans.
- Take final measurements, assist in handover documentation, and ensure client satisfaction upon project completion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision for modular/interior projects.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and 3D layouts.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in reporting, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Must be comfortable with site travel and extended work hours if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,735.68 - ₹31,926.00 per month
