Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Interior Systems Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and woodworking, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves building, restoring, and assembling various structures and components, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Commercial/Industrial General Contractor has 1 position available for EXPERIENCED and SKILLED Interior Systems carpenter. Looking for a candidate who has a wide range of experience: Hanging drywall, hanging doors and frames, experienced at mudding & Tape, T-Bar ceiling, MUST HAVE experience in wood/steel stud and framing experience, doors & windows, Full Time position. MUST HAVE own vehicle valid driver's license. Competitive wage. Email resume.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks.
• Assemble wooden items according to specifications.
• Restore or renovate existing structures as needed.
• Perform construction painting tasks to finish projects with a professional appearance.
• Install roofing and siding as required for specific projects.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion within deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools associated with carpentry work.
• Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
