INTERN JOB TITLE:

Program Management – RMA Process Improvement Intern

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The intern will support a process‑improvement initiative focused on optimizing the RMA (Return Material Authorization) workflow and supplier performance lead‑time. They will map the end‑to‑end RMA process, identify inefficiencies, and analyze supplier performance data to recommend improvements that reduce turnaround time and strengthen accountability. The intern will collaborate with supply chain, quality, and sales teams to gather insights, validate findings, and deliver a final presentation with actionable recommendations.
