L’HR Intern supporterà il team HR Operations nelle attività quotidiane, contribuendo alla gestione dei processi HR e allo sviluppo di progetti legati alle Risorse Umane. Questa posizione è ideale per chi desidera acquisire esperienza pratica in ambito HR in un contesto dinamico e internazionale. Lui/Lei collaborerà nella gestione delle attività amministrative, inclusi contratti, documentazione e archiviazione, e fornirà supporto durante il processo di onboarding dei nuovi assunti. Contribuirà attivamente a progetti HR relativi a formazione, employee engagement ed employer branding, e supporterà la preparazione di report e analisi HR. Inoltre, fornirà assistenza nella comunicazione interna e nell’organizzazione di eventi aziendali.
The HR Intern will support the HR Operations team in daily activities, contributing to HR process management and HR-related projects. This position is ideal for those who want to gain practical experience in HR within a dynamic and international environment. He/she will assist in managing administrative activities, including contracts, documentation, and filing, and will provide support during the onboarding process for new hires. They will actively contribute to HR projects related to training, employee engagement, and employer branding, and will support the preparation of HR reports and analyses. Additionally, the intern will assist with internal communications and the organization of corporate events.

- Collaborazione nella gestione delle attività amministrative (contratti, documentazione, archiviazione).
Assist in administrative tasks (contracts, documentation, filing). - Supporto nella onboarding dei nuovi assunti.
Support in new hire onboarding. - Partecipazione a progetti HR (formazione, engagement, employer branding).
Participate in HR projects (training, engagement, employer branding). - Preparazione di report e analisi HR a supporto del Business.
Prepare HR reports and analysis to support the Business. - Assistenza nella comunicazione interna e organizzazione di eventi aziendali.
Assist in internal communication and company event organization.
Requisiti:
Requirements:
- Laurea in discipline giuridiche, psicologiche, economiche o relativa alle Risorse Umane (anche studenti).
Degree in law, psychology, economics or HR related fields (students accepted). - Interesse per il mondo HR e desiderio di apprendere.
Interest in HR and willingness to learn. - Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) – Liv. Min. B1.
Good English language skills (both written and spoken) – Min. Lev. B1
