Job Purpose

Prepares the list of the vendors from whom to order & expedites the bids and places purchase orders (PO)

Job Description

Fulfills simple inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget

Makes sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available

Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality; follows-up and expedites as necessary

• Supports in negotiations with vendors, within established guidelines • Assists more senior colleagues, as requested

You are meant for this job if:

Technical diploma or relevant degree/ diploma
