Description:
About You
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual who thrives on building strong customer relationships. If you enjoy understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, we would love to hear from you. While industry experience is advantageous, it is not essential—our primary focus is on delivering outstanding customer service. Teamwork is at the core of our NSW Branch, and we are seeking a positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to continue contributing to our supportive and high-performing team environment.
Your broad responsibilities will include
- Provide a high level of face to face and telephone communication with customers.
- Increase sales through relationship building, promotion of LSC products and service.
- Build customer support and loyalty by producing continuous and high-level customer service.
- Identify sales opportunities by suggesting new/alternative products.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Ability to develop strong customer relationships
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results, contributing to the team
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment
- Exposure with liaising and assisting Account Managers on customer requests and enquiries
- A good telephone manner, with demonstrated patience with customers and the ability to understand problems communicated by telephone and the capacity to clearly articulate solutions by phone to customers who may have minimal levels of computer literacy.
- Proficient computer skills, focusing on attention to detail and accuracy
