Precision Cables are currently recruiting for the role of Internal Sales Representative.
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused In-House Sales Person to handle sales operations from the office. The role involves managing, phone and online inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Sales Director
- Handle in-house sales enquiries,
- Provide product, pricing and logistic information to customers when necessary.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, picking list, and follow up
- Coordinate with other sales personnel, warehouse and logistics for timely dispatch
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and sales documentation
- Monitor stock availability and inform customers of delivery timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Address customer queries, , and after-sales support issues when necessary
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
