A private owned global manufacturing organization, supplying a vast range of high-performance fluid sealing products and associated knowledge-based services to virtually every industry sector. With state-of-the-art skills in materials technology, particularly relating to elastomers, polymers, composites and engineering plastics plus extensive expertise in precision machining of exotic alloys for metallic seals, and tension control fasteners for bolted joints.

Your Role

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic Ireland Sales Team as Internal Sales Team Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about leadership, customer service, and driving commercial success. If you're a proactive leader with a passion for sales and service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales and stores teams to build and maintain a high-performing, motivated unit.
  • Champion excellence in customer service, ensuring that all interactions exceed expectations.
  • Drive performance by achieving and surpassing customer service KPIs.
  • Provide high-quality commercial support to the field sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration and outstanding service delivery.
  • Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support and achieve company-wide objectives.

About you

Essential Experience

  • Working in customer service / sales orientated background,
  • Managing and building competent and capable teams

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

  • Leaving Certificate – Level 3

Preferred Qualifications

  • Management qualification or other professional management training (or working towards) eg CMI/ILM
