International Business Operations Team
The International Business Operations (IBO) team plays a critical role in driving ECU’s global engagement and international student recruitment outcomes. Working collaboratively across the University and with partners worldwide, IBO supports sustainable growth, strong compliance, and high-quality student and agent experiences that contribute to ECU’s international success.
About the Opportunity
As an International Account Coordinator , you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ECU’s international recruitment activities. Working closely with International Account Managers, you will help coordinate agent and partner accounts, support recruitment channels, and ensure smooth day-to-day international operations.
This role is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to reporting, contract coordination, CRM management, and agent support activities that directly impact recruitment performance and service quality.

About you
You are a proactive and reliable team player who enjoys working behind the scenes to support strategic outcomes. You bring strong organisational skills and a service-focused mindset, along with:
Demonstrated experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role within a complex organisation
Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data, contracts, and reports
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Experience working with CRM systems and databases (e.g. Salesforce, student administration systems)
An interest in international education, partnerships, or global engagement
Experience in the international education sector and knowledge of ESOS and compliance frameworks will be highly regarded.
