Allegiance Global Data Solutions is recruiting Customer Service representative for an International USA based process at its office in Pimple Nilak (PCMC-Pune-Maharashtra).

Position Summary:

• The Customer Service representative will assist in organizing, prioritizing, facilitating, and monitoring the orders through clients system.
• Manage and prioritize caseload of clients.
• Place Order by identifying and assigning a qualified local vendor within established time frames.
• Create/maintain reports to track assignments from order date through final completion
• Maintain communication with Vendors and Client.
• Replying to customer email, confirming the scheduling of appointments, willingness to take direction and be proactive in seeking additional duties and responsibilities
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
• Communicates and explains the progress of products/services to customers through establishing relationships and building strong rapport with our vendors.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.
• Experience with customer relations and possess strong phone skills
• Technology savvy is a MUST. Must be proficient in, Outlook, and Word
• Organized with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Confident and driven individual with great communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and show keen attention to detail
• Quick learner — Ability to learn new systems and products/services
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Positive personality — We will give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
