Job description

Our Amsterdam headquarters are looking for a remarkable intern to join the Global Songtradr Communications team. We are looking for a quick learner with a proactive mindset, and a superhero with a sprinkle of awesomeness.

You’ll help our Comms team with communications and admin tasks. Every now and then, you’ll be asked to support minor design tasks – hence knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Keynote and After Effects/Premiere Pro is appreciated, although not paramount. You’ll also help out with office tasks when at the office. But, most importantly, we hope you’re always in the mood for a good laugh.

Your to-do list includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting the team with admin and data entry tasks
• Supporting Comms with a wide range of behind-the-scenes activities
• Optimising and organizing the Comms server and storing content accordingly
• Tracking PR coverage from all offices on a daily basis
• Creative writing such as case pages, blog articles, and newsletters
• Brainstorming for new content ideas and strategy
• Supporting traffic workflow and keeping the team up-to-date on the latest developments
  
• Creating/curating creative images: website stills, social media, and newsletter visuals
• Editing, resizing and/or compressing videos and gifs

Skills and Requirements

• You live in the Netherlands and are currently enrolled in a Comms-related HBO study
• You’re very good at time management: organizing, coordinating and planning is your cup of tea
• You’re proactive and accurate with excellent communication skills
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are not afraid to share your ideas
• Do you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)?
• Your passion for music is so incalculable that not even Isaac Newton would be able to figure it out
• You’re fluent in English (extra kudos for Dutch)
• You have an eagle eye for details and do not miss deadlines
• You’re flexible, not afraid to pick things up and go the extra mile

Internship compensation

€350 gross per month
