We are a fast-paced small office providing service for the world's leading soft drink company, multiple cruise ship lines and several large restaurant chains. We are looking for an Invoice Specialist to provide accurate and timely invoice processing.
Candidate must be comfortable working unsupervised as well as with a small team. We are looking for a problem-solver who is willing to learn, willing to teach others and is approachable. We need a team-player with a manager mentality who takes ownership of this role and pride in their work! This role does require professional and friendly communication with service providers around the world. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a great attitude and the ability to multitask effectively with exceptional attention to detail.
Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel. Must be able to create documents and analyze large sets of data. This candidate must have experience with A/P procedures. This candidate must be able to prioritize and switch focus, as needed. Paid training will be provided. We offer top pay and an excellent benefit package.
