IoT Intern (Internet of Things)

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and curious IoT Intern to support our development team in building and testing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. The intern will work on real-time projects involving sensors, microcontrollers, IoT devices, and cloud connectivity. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who are interested in embedded systems, automation, and smart technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing IoT-based applications and prototypes.
• Work with sensors, microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
• Support in device programming, testing, and debugging.
• Help in connecting IoT devices to cloud platforms and databases.
• Collect and analyze data from IoT devices for monitoring and reporting.
• Assist in documentation, project reports, and presentations.
• Support the team in troubleshooting hardware and network-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IoT concepts and real-time systems.
• Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded programming.
• Familiarity with programming languages like C, C++, or Python.
• Basic understanding of sensors, actuators, and circuit connections.
• Interest in networking and communication protocols.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on practical projects.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP, CoAP).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
• Basic knowledge of PCB design and electronics.
• Understanding of Node-RED, Arduino IDE, or embedded Linux.
• Experience with mobile app integration for IoT projects is a plus.
