Computer Technical Services are currently seeking a IT Support Engineer to join their support team. Strong experience in Microsoft Apps and Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office and Windows. You will be providing expertise remotely and on site to our customers. You will be part of a dynamic, highly personable, small support team, supporting a wide range of technologies.

Experience

• 3 years working in a technical support environment
• Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management
• Microsoft Server all versions
• Outlook in Exchange and Office 365
• Desktop systems and Windows
• Virtualization knowledge (Vmware/Veeam)
• Networks and Firewall configuration and support
• PC, Laptop and printer hardware repair

Skills Requirements:

• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies
• Good Communication Skills
• Very Good Diagnostic and Problem Solving Techniques
• Have working knowledge of VMware and HyperV
• Very Good Server Administration Skills
• Understand Cloud Technologies
• Knowledge of Network Technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €33,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
